This apartment is in a newly built building in Kypärämäki. The area is peaceful but close enough to the city centre and offers good connections with a car or public transport. The apartment has two bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160cm wide double bed, large windows and cosy bedside lighting. The smaller bedroom has two separate 80cm wide single beds, which can be combined for a double bed. The room also has a armchair. The large open kitchen and living room has a reading corner with two armchairs, a designer sofa and a 70" 4K TV. The living room extends to the large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the 6-person dining table is perfect for any home-cooked meal. The 5th and 6th person can sleep in the living room (sofa and single air mattress) The apartment also has a large bathroom with a sauna and a washing machine with a drying function. The apartment has all modern requirements, like central floor heating, cooling and a dedicated covered parking spot with EV-charging (1.8 kWh) This home is perfect for families who appreciate well-functioning space, style, and functionality.

Getting around
The nearest bus stop is 350 meters from the apartment and connects you directly to the centre of Jyväskylä. Uber and regular taxi services are good options, also. Coming with a car is easy, as you have a dedicated parking spot with EV charging

The Kypärämäki sits between the city centre and Köhniö Lake. The area is peaceful, offers plenty of parks, and is close to Köhniö beach. The apartment is around 350 meters from an S-Market Savela, which is open 24/7. The Savela area offers plenty of other grocery and restaurant options, too.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are welcome, but the pet must be added to your reservation before check-in. Add it on the booking and we will accept it; an additional pet fee applies. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🚪 Keep all doors closed and do not let unknown people in. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout requires prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, we will charge a €20 per hour fee. If our cleaner has to wait for you to leave, we will charge an additional €60 per hour. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night of the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.

- To use the washing machine or dishwasher, you need to ensure the water tap is open. The tap for the washing machine is on the wall, and the dishwasher is attached to the tap. Turn off the water intake once the wash is complete. Leaving the apartment while the washing machine or dishwasher is on is forbidden.
