Casa Coral is a stylish one-bedroom apartment designed with warm coral tones and modern Nordic touches, offering a cozy and practical stay for up to four guests. The bedroom features a 140 cm wide double bed and plenty of cupboard space, making it comfortable for both short and longer stays. In the living room, there is a sofa suitable for a shorter guest (up to approx. 160 cm) as well as an air mattress, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. The living area also includes a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Helsinki. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, with a special highlight being the gas hob—ideal for those who enjoy a more hands-on cooking experience. You’ll also find an oven, fridge, coffee maker, and all essential cookware and utensils. The bathroom is small but thoughtfully designed, featuring a shower and all necessary amenities in a compact space. Guests also have access to a shared laundry room in the building, which can be used by booking a time slot in the notebook located near the washing machine. Laundry can be dried either in the common drying areas or inside the apartment. Overall, Casa Coral combines comfort, character, and functionality in a well-designed Helsinki home.

Please note that Mäkelänkatu is currently undergoing renovation works as part of a major street improvement project. Construction is ongoing and is expected to continue until October 2027. While this may occasionally cause some noise or temporary arrangements in the area, it will ultimately improve the street environment and accessibility. Despite the works, the location remains highly convenient, with excellent public transport connections and local services close by.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are welcome, but the pet must be added to your reservation before check-in. Add it on the booking and we will accept it; an additional pet fee applies. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🚪 Keep all doors closed and do not let unknown people in. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout requires prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, we will charge a €20 per hour fee. If our cleaner has to wait for you to leave, we will charge an additional €60 per hour. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night of the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.

- The housing company has a laundry room in the basement. It can be used when you make a booking to the notebook. You need house key to enter. Turn right when exiting the staircase and open the next door. Walk down the stairs and turn right. Follow the hallway and you will see the washing machine there.
