Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. ⚠️ If the housing company issues an official complaint, warning or other formal sanction as a result of your stay, this is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are welcome, but the pet must be added to your reservation before check-in. Add it on the booking and we will accept it; an additional pet fee applies. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. - General areas have shared washing machines and dryers for your use. To use the washing machine, you need to ensure the water tap is open and that the machine is plugged in. The tap for the washing machine is on the wall above the washing machine. Turn off the water intake once the wash is complete. Leaving the apartment while the washing machine is on is forbidden. Before using the dryer, make sure that the water tank in the top left corner of the machine is emptied.
