The space
The 94m2 apartment on the first floor was constructed in 2022. The well-functioning layout offers three bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The main bedroom has a TV, and one of the smaller rooms has a remote work station. Each bedroom has closet space to store clothing during your stay. All rooms have blackout curtains to make your sleep better. The combined kitchen and living room has a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining area, sofa and a 4K smart-TV. The living area expands with a large balcony with a sea view. The large windows in the living room let in plenty of natural light. The apartment also has a roomy bathroom, which has a washing machine for added convenience and a private sauna, which you can use at any time during your stay.

Easy to arrive with own car, free 4h guest parking on the yard. Kivenlahti metro station is around 10min walk from the apartment. And bus stop right outside the yard.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. ⚠️ If the housing company issues an official complaint, warning or other formal sanction as a result of your stay, this is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are welcome, but the pet must be added to your reservation before check-in. Add it on the booking and we will accept it; an additional pet fee applies. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🚪 Keep all doors closed and do not let unknown people in. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout requires prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, we will charge a €20 per hour fee. If our cleaner has to wait for you to leave, we will charge an additional €60 per hour. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night of the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.

- To use the washing machine or dishwasher, ensure the water tap is open. Turn off the water intake once the wash is complete. Leaving the apartment while the washing machine or dishwasher is on is forbidden.
