A bright, modern 42 m² one-bedroom apartment in central Porvoo, in a building from 2018 with a lift. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The Taidetehdas arts centre, cafés and shops are a short walk away, and the Old Town is easy to reach on foot. It sleeps up to four, so it suits couples, small families and work trips. Self check-in with a key box lets you arrive any time between 16:00 and 23:00.
The space
The 42 m² apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift. The bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table and a reading lamp, and the living room has a sofa bed, so the apartment sleeps up to four. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a French press, a kettle and a toaster, as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery, knives, chopping boards, baking dishes and a colander. Basics such as oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and sugar are ready for you. The dining table is next to the kitchen. The living room has a TV. A washing machine, a hair dryer and an iron are available, as well as a travel cot and a high chair for little ones.

Central Porvoo, next to the Taidetehdas cultural centre. Cafés, restaurants and shops are a short walk away, and the cobbled streets of Porvoo Old Town are within walking distance. Helsinki is about 50 km away, around 45 minutes by car.

Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are welcome, but the pet must be added to your reservation before check-in. Add it on the booking and we will accept it; an additional pet fee applies. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🚪 Keep all doors closed and do not let unknown people in. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout requires prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, we will charge a €20 per hour fee. If our cleaner has to wait for you to leave, we will charge an additional €60 per hour. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night of the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
