City Views & Your Own Sauna – 2 Bedrooms
This 88 m² apartment sits on the 15th floor with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the city, Jyväsjärvi lake and the surrounding forests. It sleeps up to six across two bedrooms and three beds, with a private sauna, a corner balcony, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. You have a dishwasher, a washing machine in a separate laundry room, and a work desk if you need one. The building has a lift and underground parking for a fee.
The space
You step into an open-plan living and dining area with large windows on two sides. The kitchen runs along one wall with white cabinets, black worktops, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a central island. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and workspace, the other with beds and balcony access. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom includes the sauna with warm wood panelling, tiered benches, and an integrated shower. A separate laundry room holds the washing machine. The balcony wraps around the corner with space to sit outside.

Getting around
Local buses stop right outside, the Travel Centre with trains and long-distance buses is a ten-minute walk, and the shops and cafés of Kauppakatu are a few minutes away. Pets are welcome on request.
The neighbourhood
Puistolan Torni stands at the edge of the city-centre core, so the shops, cafés and restaurants of the Kauppakatu pedestrian street are a few minutes' walk away. Local buses stop on Kalevankatu outside the building, and Jyväskylä Travel Centre with trains and long-distance buses is about ten minutes on foot. Underground parking is available under the building for €10 per day.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are welcome, but the pet must be added to your reservation before check-in. Add it on the booking and we will accept it; an additional pet fee applies. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🚪 Keep all doors closed and do not let unknown people in. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout requires prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, we will charge a €20 per hour fee. If our cleaner has to wait for you to leave, we will charge an additional €60 per hour. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night of the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.

- To use the washing machine or dishwasher, you need to ensure the water tap is open. The tap for the washing machine is on the wall, and the dishwasher is attached to the tap. Turn off the water intake once the wash is complete. Leaving the apartment while the washing machine or dishwasher is on is forbidden.
