The combined kitchen and living room has a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining area, sofabed, which converts to double bed and a 4K smart-TV. The living area expands with the large balcony. The large windows in bedroom and living room let in plenty of natural light. The apartment also has a roomy bathroom with a sauna. The sauna can accommodate 3 people and can be used at any time during the stay. The bathroom also has a washing machine. The apartment also has a dedicated parking spot in the courtyard with 1.8 kWh electric vehicle charging available.

Getting around
The nearest bus stop is 350 meters from the apartment and connects you directly to the centre of Jyväskylä. Uber and regular taxi services are good options, also. Coming with a car is easy, as you have a dedicated parking spot with EV charging

The Kypärämäki sits between the city centre and Köhniö Lake. The area is peaceful, offers plenty of parks, and is close to Köhniö beach. The apartment is around 350 meters from an S-Market Savela, which is open 24/7. The Savela area offers plenty of other grocery and restaurant options, too.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are welcome, but the pet must be added to your reservation before check-in. Add it on the booking and we will accept it; an additional pet fee applies. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🚪 Keep all doors closed and do not let unknown people in. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout requires prior approval. - To use the washing machine or dishwasher, you need to ensure the water tap is open. The tap for the washing machine is on the wall, and the dishwasher is attached to the tap. Turn off the water intake once the wash is complete. Leaving the apartment while the washing machine or dishwasher is on is forbidden.
