The space
The 65m2 apartment in the first floor is constructed in 2022. The well-functioning layout offers a two bedrooms with 160cm wide double beds and bigger bedroom has also walk-in closet for clothing. All rooms have blackout curtains, to make your sleep better. The combined kitchen and living room has a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining area, sofa and a 4K smart-TV. The living area expands with the large balcony with a sea view. The large windows in living room let in plenty of natural light. The apartment also has a roomy bathroom, which has washing machine for added convenience.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €1,000 fee. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. ⚠️ If the housing company issues an official complaint, warning or other formal sanction as a result of your stay, this is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are welcome, but the pet must be added to your reservation before check-in. Add it on the booking and we will accept it; an additional pet fee applies. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🚪 Keep all doors closed and do not let unknown people in. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout requires prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, we will charge a €20 per hour fee. If our cleaner has to wait for you to leave, we will charge an additional €60 per hour. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night of the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
