A two-storey townhouse in Järvenpää with a private sauna, garden terrace, and space for four guests. The ground floor opens to a bright living room with an emerald sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and direct access to a wooden deck surrounded by hedges. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms with built-in storage and garden views, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate WC. The private sauna is in the bathroom. WiFi, washing machine, and long-term stays are all welcome.
The space
You enter at ground level into an open-plan living space: kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a dining table; living room with a green velvet sofa and TV. Glass doors lead to the wooden terrace. Upstairs via an internal staircase are two bright bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and room-darkening blinds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathtub, and a traditional wooden sauna with tiered benches. There's a separate WC on the same floor. Washing machine and iron provided.

Terholantie is a quiet, tree-lined street in a residential part of Järvenpää, about 40 km north of Helsinki. Commuter trains from Järvenpää railway station reach central Helsinki in about 35 minutes, and the shores of Lake Tuusula and Järvenpää town centre are a short drive away.

📕 House Rules: Breaking the rules may result in cancellation of your stay before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are prohibited in the apartment, balcony or building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are allowed but must be added to the booking. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect the property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. Please use the nearest luggage storage at the railway station. 🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you remain in the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night's stay for the next guest’s visit. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
