This two-story apartment has its yard—everything you need for a cosy stay. The apartment's top floor has private access, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washer. The downstairs area features a living space with one double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating a total of 4 persons, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. You have direct access to the yard from the downstairs living room. Parking is free on the street, making it easy and convenient to arrive by car. The space
The upstairs houses two bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds (160 cm) and one with an additional bunk bed (2* 90cm). The other bedroom has closet space for clothing. The entrance is from upstairs. The bathroom has a washing machine. Upstairs, you can also find a walk-in closet for your luggage. Downstairs, there is a living area featuring a 120cm-wide bed and a sofa bed that converts to a fourth bed (120cm). You will find the fully equipped kitchen and dining area downstairs, along with direct access to the private backyard.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are welcome, but the pet must be added to your reservation before check-in. Add it on the booking and we will accept it; an additional pet fee applies. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🚪 Keep all doors closed and do not let unknown people in. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout requires prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, we will charge a €20 per hour fee. If our cleaner has to wait for you to leave, we will charge an additional €60 per hour. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night of the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.

- To use the washing machine, open the water and close the metallic door of the machine. Select the program and press "Start." Once the program has ended, close the water intake. Leaving the apartment while the washing machine is on is forbidden.
