This apartment is in a newly built building in Puistolan Torni - the tallest apartment building in the city center. The apartment has one bedroom and a well-functioning kitchen-living area and a French balcony. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, but can be darkened with the blackout curtains. The apartment also has a large bathroom with a sauna and a washing machine. This home is perfect for travellers who appreciate well-functioning space, style, and functionality.
The space
The building has been constructed in 2023. The apartment's well-functioning layout offers a bedroom with 160cm wide king-size bed. The combined kitchen and living room has a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining area, sofabed, which converts to double bed and a 65" 4K smart-TV. The large windows in bedroom and living room let in plenty of natural light, but can be blacked out with the curtains. The apartment also has a roomy bathroom with a sauna. The sauna can accommodate 3 people and can be used at any time during the stay. The bathroom also has a washing machine.

The neighbourhood
The Puistolan Torni sits right at the end of the core of the city center. This is a great location whether you are arriving by train, bus or car to have your base during your trip to Jyväskylä

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments. 🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay. 🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €3,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. Smoking in the apartment is a breach of these terms and entitles us to compensation of at least €1,000. You also remain liable for any actual costs exceeding this amount. 🐶 Pets are welcome, but the pet must be added to your reservation before check-in. Add it on the booking and we will accept it; an additional pet fee applies. 👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property. 👨👨👦👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged. 🚪 Keep all doors closed and do not let unknown people in. 🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. 🕒 Late checkout requires prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, we will charge a €20 per hour fee. If our cleaner has to wait for you to leave, we will charge an additional €60 per hour. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night of the next guest’s stay. 🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.

- To use the washing machine or dishwasher, you need to ensure the water tap is open. The tap for the washing machine is on the wall, and the dishwasher is attached to the tap. Turn off the water intake once the wash is complete. Leaving the apartment while the washing machine or dishwasher is on is forbidden.
